SALON POLICIES
Client Late Policy:
More than 15 minutes late? A $15 late fee will be added and your service may be shortened or rescheduled.
Stylist Late Policy:
If I’m running more than 15 minutes behind, you’ll receive $15 off your service as a courtesy.
No-Show Policy:
No-shows aren’t charged, but after 2 missed appointments, booking privileges will be permanently blocked.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations require a 30% fee before rebooking.
Extra Guests:
No extra guests or children unless they are being serviced. I want to maintain a calm, focused space for you.
Photos:
I may take photos of your hair for social media or educational purposes. Let me know if you'd prefer not to be photographed.
